Beautiful, 14-year-old New Forest D-Pony, call name Harley. Was officially measured at the age of 4 at 146 cm.
Harley mainly drove dressage, but can also make a nice jump. During outdoor rides he is also good, both alone and in a group. Can sometimes be a bit enthusiastic on the outside ride, but does not be shocked by large vehicles, dogs, cyclists, etc. on a competition was released to the L2 with profit points (enough to switch to the M1). M exercises are already included in training and he still learns. Pony has not been released for a long time (2 years) on a competition due to busy in my private life.
Harley needs a consistent rider/rider while driving. Is a pony that sometimes doubts something about himself whether he can all ask what we ask from him. Must be convinced in this and he can build up frustrations, which can manifest itself in goats and/or jumping away. But in general the good pony is while driving and works hard for you.
Harley is super good in the stable (no stable defects) and good at the cleaning area. He is a large cuddle ass in the stable and loves all the attention he is given. Is always neatly grafted on time, visited the farrier and gets a worm test twice a year. Harley is without irons.
Harley has a slight form of summer eczema. He only sands his tail. Currently has been with only a simple fly blanket for years, without a neck, in the summer months and this is fine. I have been in my possession for 10 years now and has never lame. Has been stuck with his leg in the meadow wire once in the past. Has a small scar of this, but no further damage/discomfort (see photo)
Harley is a pony that doesn’t easily go onto the trailer. Here too he is very insecure and jumps away. He will never get out of/stairs. The 1st a few times (after a longer period of non -loading) you need patience for this, but if you stay calm and continue to encourage him, he will walk on it. The trailer loading goes a lot better for him if you keep repeating this and there are no longer periods of not loading in between. If you keep repeating it and you keep giving him confidence, he almost immediately walks on it.
Harley will be clinically inspected and measured by the vet on August 4.
The asking price for Harley is between 8000 – 10,000 euros, including 17 -inch Kent & Masters Dressage saddle (with interchangeable tree), bridle, deck, blankets, etc.
