! He is definitely an eye -catcher.
British bred gelding from a son of I’m Special de Muze, who certainly does not need an introduction, has participated in competitions up to 1.50 m and descends from the best bloodline. Both his father Emerald and his mother Walnut de Muze are very successful in international jumping sport with Harrie Smolders. Emerald jumped at 1.60 m level and Exquis Walnut de Muze at 1.55 m level.
On the mother’s side, he is a descendant of the stallion Calato, which jumped at 1.40 m level. Furthermore, the pedigree of the mother Corofino I, who has jumped up to 1.60 m level.
Stanford is slowly trained and shows all the best characteristics to become a serious small jumping horse. He participated in training competitions and has done everything at his own pace up to 1 m/105 m, but at home with ease trains around 110 m/115 m. He is still green, but improves with every ride. He is only driven with a trens. In all respects he is a true pleasure to work with, very easy and sweet on the ground and in the handling. Stanford is ridden by professionals and amateurs and is good enough for both. I think he would also be excellent for a child who switches from ponies! He would be a great participant in Children in the future. Stanford has never hurried or too high and is slowly and carefully trained to get the best out of him. It is clear to see that he has all the potential of the world and the ability to make that happen. Stanford has nice legs, but has a hoof that is cracked on the side and is up by the hard ground. A farrier has looked at this and said that there is no problem. He now has normal horseshoes, nothing special!
This young gelding absolutely has what is needed to jump all the way to the top and will become a serious pocket rocket. He has a very exciting future for himself and is a brilliant contender for the age classes. Keep in mind that, because he is a young horse, he can sometimes be a bit hopping with the first few steps when you step on him, but that is nothing serious and he does not throw antics.
Be sure to take a look at our website. There will be several horses in this auction.
