Tico is currently running L1, but he can do more. Our daughter’s interest was more on jumping and crossing area: profit points in 80 cm, but in training he jumps at least 1 meter. He still has potential for the coming years. There are very good spring ponies in his origins.
Very likes to do an outdoor ride, both alone and in a group, he both really likes! He then does everything for you (water, tree trunks, steps, etc.), provided that the rider himself is not anxious. Tico is also a sensitive pony, which is why Tico is not suitable for an inexperienced and/or uncertain rider: he can occasionally give a small goat if he is put under pressure.
Tico is a pony that does not always easily go onto the trailer. In our opinion, this is learned behavior. Due to patience and trust of us, this has become many times better. He occasionally refuses once, but will never hit or do other annoying things.
Tico has no stable defects, goes well with other horses, and loves cleaning and hugging. He doesn’t like being alone, so he only goes to a house where he has a meadow buddy. It is no problem on outside ride, training or trailer.
Tico has a fly blanket and mask on in the summer, because he has a slight form of summer eczema. Thanks to good nutrition, we have this well under control: Tico is on grass all day, but not on grass too fat, and the supplementary feeding is low in sugars. Moreover, he hates flying. With a good fly cream – he does not like spraying – this is super.
Tico has neatly had his vaccinations every year and worming, and regularly dentist and farrier. He is not on irons.
As a result of a hiding last spring, have X -ray taken, from which everything is in order with Tico, both general health and right hind leg.
Tico only goes to a nice 5-star house, traders and riding schools do not have to respond. He takes: Spring and dressage Saddle, 2 bridles, fly blanket, etc. Many photos and video material available, with serious interest.
