With pain in our hearts we offer our beautiful 8-year-old Frisian mare Fokje from the Olde Mette Moate for sale.
Fokje is a very reliable and easy -to -drive mare with a friendly attitude. Even after not being driven for a few weeks, you get up again. She has been released up to and including L-dressage (unfortunately not released due to pregnancy of the current rider), but certainly has potential to get higher at an ambitious rider.
In addition, Fokje is also a valuable breeding mare. She comes from the famous breeding, from the Olde Mette Moate, from Anton Schut. Fokje comes from Stam 161 (generation 5). She has brought three foals so far:
• 1 stallion foal (Van Tymen 2021)
• 2 Merrieveeulens (Van Foeke 2022, Van Martzen 2025), of which the oldest of Foeke has recently declared star. Both daughters can be viewed in our stable.
We sell fokes due to over -complete.
In addition, her daughter of 2025 (descent Martzen) is also available for sale.
