🐴 Bailey became 13 years old this year.
🐴 Large D-pony/small e-pony of approximately 1.48m (never officially measured).
🐴 has a short back, cannot be a larger saddle than 16.5 inches (I am 1.69 m).
🐴 Substantial construction, therefore in addition to teenagers also suitable for adults. See him mainly with a (final) teenage/young adult fitting who goes to work with him.
Bailey is incredibly sweet to handle, also for the smaller children. Children also put him in and out here. With driving it is a pony that needs consequence, so it is not a children’s and/or real beginners pony (if you drive him active all week, then a child/beginner can drive on once or twice a week).
Bailey masters the basis of dressage, but has to find the horizontal balance, is mainly hobby-rough, has much more potential, but you really have to drive it. Finding jumps and an outdoor ride super fun (needs a self -assured rider who can guide him in this, otherwise he will be uncertain or going together with another horse). Is a traffic box, large traffic/motorbikes still finds a bit exciting, but many km’s already made outside. No problem without a saddle or bit-free. Can become fresh in the winter and with an outer ride, a little slower again in the summer, mainly a lot of energy.
Is not taught for the cart, but certainly also finds it suitable for this.
Stands for irons. Dressage saddle is included, jumping saddle can be taken over at an additional cost. Both from Thorrowgood.
