Madison Avenue (here we call her Moon 🌛) is an exceptionally good and willing black mare who combines quality with a fantastic character. She is M2 classified, Z in training and therefore an ideal training horse for every ambitious rider who is looking for fun, safety and class. She is super sweet, has 3 very good gaits, a strong hind leg, is extremely versatile and has seen a lot of the world and is always stable and easy to ride. She is 8 years old and 1.64 (rider in the photos and videos is 1.75).
Competing is a lot of fun with Moon and she makes everything easy (from trailer loading to winning prizes). With always a 7 or 8 for her gaits, she is now gaining points in the M2 and has already progressed in training (simple change of canter and half-appuyement). She has also been on cross terrain (her first time ever in the video), has jumped an 80cm course flawlessly (I am not a jumping rider at all), has been on endurance (impulse), puzzle rides and countless outdoor rides. Everywhere she is immediately reliable and not shy. She is the sweetest cuddly toy and is the most well-behaved when it comes to saddling, mounting, shearing, farrier, etc. Her father is the Grand-Prix stallion Dettori, son of Desperado, who, like Desperado, is known for inheriting a very willing and reliable character, a lot of quality and flexibility. Her mother competed internationally in eventing CCI2* and 1.20 jumping, these qualities have not yet been sought out in Moon due to the rider’s lack of experience. However, she has shown in cross-training that she is reliable and has good jumping power.
Moon is an experienced coach horse who gives the right responses to people very lovingly and gently, to point out what they need. Finally, she also has experience in freedom dressage and some tricks have been taught to her from a very correct basis (so she will absolutely never cheat or offer anything unsolicited). She has a lot of experience with Natural Horsemanship work and can also be ridden bitless. She is great in a herd and has no stable defects.
