Maestro, Conversano Argentina.
Maestro is an incredibly sweet , very sensitive gelding of 7 years old. He is very eager to work and loves attention.
He learned late and is therefore still behind for his age. Breaking the saddle took him a lot of time, which we gave him. He is now well behaved under saddle and has the beginning buttons of giving way and shoulder forward. He walks easily in relaxation, provided he trusts his environment and rider. He certainly has potential as a dressage horse.
He is good on outdoor rides both alone and in a group, which is what he enjoys the most despite the fact that he has not done this very often. He is used to traffic, but still has a lot to see and learn along the way.
He is good with the farrier, vet and dentist. He stands still and waits politely.
We are busy with trailer loading, it is unknown what he does in other areas, but we do not expect any difficulties with this.
We are selling him because it is not possible to train him for the carriage and we do not think this is a good future for him.
We are looking for someone who wants to continue with him as a riding horse/recreation horse.
Someone who takes the time to build a bond together and then set goals.
Someone who has experience and patience to work with young horses that still have a lot to learn.
