Rosco is a 3 year old gelding with the typical character of a Desperado. Sweet and reliable. He is concentrated when you work with him and is a real clown. Everyone in the stable loves him!
He is only 3 years old and rides under saddle with me about 2 or 3 days a week. He also spends a lot of time outside and gets some light work on the lunge. He has recently been saddle broken and is therefore still green under the saddle. Has not yet taken a step wrong and is very well behaved. Has sufficient desire to run and is not spooky, sensitive or irritable on the rider. Really a great character for a reliable sport horse.
When selling a young horse that is just saddle broke, I always say that some experience (or very good guidance) is needed to train a young horse to be able to lead.
