Father is the favorite stallion of Kees van den Oetelaar O’Bailey van het Brouwershof (by Darco). He is being developed as a grand prix horse under the saddle of Maikel van der Vleuten and is currently one of the regulars of the Dutch Team. ”N.O.P.”
The Belgian-born stallion O’Bailey, registered with the BWP, surprisingly became Dutch champion with Maikel van der Vleuten. His debut at the highest level in the Nations Cup of Rome was just as convincing with a score of 4 and 0. In Rotterdam, Maikel and O’Bailey were in the winning team in the Longines Nations Cup and the result was 1 and 4 on the scoreboard. Results with which national coach Jos Lansink introduced O’Bailey at the N.O.P. In addition to being a top showjumping horse, Darco’s son is approved for stud service by the BWP, the KWPN and the AES.
O’Bailey’s great-grandmother is a half-sister of Jus de Pomme, with whom Ulrich Kirchhoff became Olympic Champion in 1996.

O’Bailey has now been named an “Elite stallion” at a young age by his birth studbook BWP.
He also seems to pass on his qualities to his descendants. The children have a lot of size and blood expression. His correctness is also reflected in his children. The offspring give the riders an extremely familiar and pleasant feeling.
